Oh... the list of changes at least from the first part of Dune was pretty long. But in fairness to Denis Villeneuve, Dune seems really hard to translate to the screen. So much of that book is told using internal dialogue. The famous dinner scene is one I don't think is possible outside of text. I should make a post about a Dune difference sometime.
