Although the subject matter is simple, it takes a lot of thought to make something unique. Like every time, I have tried to come up with something new. Tried to do everything well. Today I am sharing with you the recipe of small fish Jhal Paturi in gourd leaves. The recipe is actually very salty. I have used chili three ways in this recipe. Hope you like it. Necessary Materials

First I pounded the mustard, onion, garlic and dry chillies. Along with that I took tomato paste. Using Bata Masala in any recipe makes the recipe much tastier.

Then I took a clean cut and washed small fish in a bowl.

After that I put mustard batter and onion batter there.

Then I added dry chili paste and salt.

Then I added some tomato paste and some chopped green chillies

Then I gave a medium size chopped onion.

Then I added turmeric powder and chili powder in quantity.

Then add garlic paste and lemon juice. If you give lemon juice, you like the sour flavor while eating.

Then I gave a quantity of mustard oil.

Then I gave some chopped coriander leaves.

Apply some salt on the washed gourd leaves.

Apply salt on gourd leaves and keep it for about ten minutes.

I will give fish marinated in gourd leaves.

After giving the fish, I will close the gourd leaves from all around and tie it with a thread.

Then heat some mustard oil in a pan.
