In Vietnam, they have a delicious soup called Canh Bi Do, which uses this same kind of pumpkin. You should try it!

        That's a great suggestion,@giathebao!I've never heard of Canh Bi Do before,but the idea of a pumpkin soup from Vietnam sounds absolutely delicious. I'll definitely look up the recipe – thanks for the tip!
