What time do you usually prepare a dish? In the morning? Before lunch or dinner?

I prepare it for lunch and dinner. In the morning most of the time I only drink black coffee without eating.

By the way, I love your food, healthy, with much vegetables and fish! Is it the fish you showed in your last post?

I have some favourite dishes which I cook rather often for myself and also my customers who order them (I wrote some posts about it in my blog and plan to write more in future). But from time to time I also do other things like roast a beef steak, bake a pizza or also a cake as dessert.
