I'm Italian and that menu is pretty much not real Italian but adapted to foreign tastes 🤣
BTW that's tagliatelle, spaghetti are round and thin

It goes to show that we know very little about real Italian cuisine. In that case, I now prefer Tagliatelle than spaghetti.

Actually I prefer tagliatelle as well 😅 expecially with duck sauce, that's north typical ☺️
