Greetings to all and happy Sunday. Approximately 23 days ago, I shared two posts where I told you about a plant of the PLUCHEA species, specifically the Pluchea carolinensis subspecies, known as Salvia bitter. Here you can see the two posts:
I was waiting for approximately 20 days for the leaves of this bitter sage plant to dry naturally due to the air currents and heat of the day. I was able to collect three bundles of leaves, with which to scent my house, as well as filling a jar with the dry leaves. Before storing the leaves, I removed the branches, which can also be used to scent my spaces.

I will save these dry leaves to make teas and gargles, in case I have the flu or throat infection, this plant is ideal for these types of conditions. Although it is also useful for digestive problems, headaches, skin conditions and muscle pain; It is a very versatile and useful plant.

As for the cuttings, of the eight that I planted, only one sprouted, and this plant was abruptly uprooted or cut, and it also remained unprocessed for a long time, which affected its energy. I left the other cuttings longer, to see if they would sprout, but I removed others, which showed fungi. When I removed them from the ground, I could see that they did not have any rootlets. I will wait until the plant is stronger to transplant it.

Here I finish my post today, in which I have shared the results I had, when conserving and propagating the bitter sage plant (Pluchea carolinensis). I say goodbye, wishing you good health and well-being and remember: Not all days are the same and more importantly: Everything you give, everything you do, will inexorably return to you. Hugs!
