It was a bright afternoon, I was passing through an empty and green rice field area. The wind blew gently, making the tips of the grass move as if dancing. Suddenly, from a distance, I heard the cheerful sound of children's laughter. I stopped and saw a group of children busy playing kites.
They looked very happy, joking with each other while holding rolls of string. Some were pulling the string, making sure their kites kept flying high in the cloudy sky. There were also those who stood watching from below, amazed by the colorful kites that decorated the afternoon sky.
When I approached them, small smiles immediately adorned the children's faces. They greeted me warmly, and even asked to take a picture together. Some stood proudly holding rolls of string, while others sat relaxed on the grass while smiling broadly at the camera. They looked very happy and full of enthusiasm.
At that moment, I felt that happiness could indeed come from small things. The children, with their simplicity and joy, made the ordinary afternoon atmosphere very special. It was a sight that made the heart feel warm and grateful.
