This is a courgette. It is usually cooked and eaten as a vegetable. It is eaten as a vegetable with fish or fried and cooked. It is very tasty and nutritious as a vegetable. It is rarely cultivated in our region as our soil is not fertile enough to grow them. But nowadays it has a lot of demand in the market. Therefore, many farmers cultivate the land commercially, while many cultivate it at home to meet the family needs of their own families.
A few days ago, I went with some of my college friends to pick cucumbers at a distance of seven to eight kilometers from our institution. We saw this vegetable being cultivated in that cucumber field. They are mainly cultivated in small quantities around cucumber fields. And I enjoyed seeing them yield. Honestly, I have seen very few of these trees in our area. So it was very interesting to me to see such trees and crops.
The local name of this vegetable in our region is Koucha. But when I first saw this tree it looked to me like a sweet pumpkin tree and the tree produced sweet pumpkins. But later I saw that it was more cylindrical in shape and long. They are very tasty as a vegetable and taste like raw sweet pumpkin. Look, I like them quite a bit and took a few photographs as I enjoyed looking at them.
