Hola a todos, muy buenos días. Espero que hayan tenido un fin de semana reparador e inicien una jornada hermosa llena de muchísima energía positiva. Hoy mi post para iniciar la semana es un breve recorrido fotográfico por varios sitios de esta extensa llanura guanipense donde nací y crecí. La región llanera en todo el país tiene características similares pero con relieves y paisajes muy variados.
En el caso de la zona donde vivo, que es parte de los llanos orientales del estado Anzoátegui, y que conocemos con el nombre de Mesa de Guanipa, se presentan diferentes tipos de relieve, como por ejemplo, la principal, que es una superficie plana típica de los llanos, las mesetas o pequeñas cadenas montañosas en forma de mesitas que se presentan en la sabana y que nos muestran partes altas y partes bajas de la llanura, las riveras de los ríos, y los farallones que son relieves producto de la erosión con mesetas más elevadas y alturas un poco precipitadas.
Estoy preparando un post con imágenes de diversos paseos en esta región, y así dar a conocer un poco más la naturaleza y el relieve de la Mesa de Guanipa, pero aún no está terminado, le falta un poco más. Hoy quise compartirles algunos momentos que el Team Vida y los Vida Runners han disfrutado en esta hermosa zona oriental, entre las ciudades de El Tigre, Guanipa, San Tomé y sus alrededores, y también en una zona llamada Guara.
Algunas fotos son mías, otras son de mi hija, y las demás pertenecen al team Vida, y fueron publicadas en nuestros grupos de WhatsApp, por lo que los créditos son cortesía total de ellos. las fotos no resaltan un tema específico, simplemente son momentos que me gustaron y capturé con mi lente, y las del grupo se dieron durante los entrenamientos del fin de semana. Les confieso que la que más disfruté fue la de las perritas de uno de los chicos, corriendo junto a todos. Espero que las disfruten!! Gracias por visitar mi blog… feliz lunes para todos.

Hello everyone, good morning. I hope you had a restful weekend and are starting a beautiful day full of positive energy. Today, my post to start the week is a brief photographic tour of several places in this vast Guanipa plain where I was born and raised. The plains region throughout the country has similar characteristics but with very varied reliefs and landscapes.
In the case of the area where I live, which is part of the eastern plains of Anzoátegui state, known as Mesa de Guanipa, there are different types of terrain, such as the main one, which is a flat surface typical of the plains; plateaus or small mountain ranges in the form of small tables that appear in the savanna and show us the high and low parts of the plain; riverbanks; and cliffs, which are reliefs produced by erosion with higher plateaus and slightly steep heights.
I am preparing a post with images of various walks in this region to share a little more about the nature and relief of the Mesa de Guanipa, but it is not finished yet; it still needs a little more work. Today I wanted to share with you some moments that Team Vida and the Vida Runners have enjoyed in this beautiful eastern area, between the cities of El Tigre, Guanipa, San Tomé and their surroundings, and also in an area called Guara.
Some photos are mine, others are my daughter's, and the rest belong to the Vida team and were posted in our WhatsApp groups, so credit goes entirely to them. The photos do not highlight a specific theme; they are simply moments that I liked and captured with my lens, and those of the group were taken during weekend training sessions.
