Loved this 2 points and they are perfect for differentiating whether what someone says about a person is true, or if they are judging or criticizing them.

        You are correct, but sometimes, because of the pressure to make quick deciaion , people make mistakes and confuse these things.
        It's better to delay things and make the right conclusion than the hazzy fuzzy short cuts of getting things wrong.
