Match 27 - Colombia 5-0 Panama
James Rodríguez scored one goal and was the assist on two others in a first half where Colombia took full advantage of meeting one of the surprise group qualifiers. Tow further goals in the second half handed them a healthy win to celebrate their 27th consecutive unbeaten game.

For Panama, a great tournament but this was a game too far.

Match 28 - Uruguay 0-0 Brazil
Brazil's unconvincing form continued as they failed to turn possession into pressure and couldn't find a way past a team reduced to ten players for the final twenty minutes of the match. In the penalty shoot out Éder Militão had a shot saved and new Juve signing Douglas Luiz struck the post to see them lose 4-2.

Uruguay will be happy to progress, and hope for more clinical finishing against Colombia in the Semi-Final.
