Protecting Okra the Old-Fashioned Way: No Chemicals, Just Ingenuity 🌱✨

in Homesteadinglast month

Do you know how difficult it could be to protect your farm or garden from hungry animals? 🐾 You probably have been in my shoes before. Every farmer loves to see their crops flourish, but there's also the anxiety of keeping them safe. 🌱💚

Animals can not be controlled by instructions like we do with us, even humans can be difficult to control sometimes, so it is better to come up with some containment to protect the farm from them, or we risk losing a lot. 😟

Sometimes you don't need a tall fence to protect your farm; rather, all you need is something small to divert their attention from it. It is normal for these animals to crave this since it is their food, and they can hardly find one as fresh as this. 🍃

In cases where there's a scarcity of healthy grasses due to long-term or short-term droughts, then you should naturally know that it is your garden that will suffer from it. 🌾

Why take the risk of exposing your farm to the animals when you can make use of ropes and sticks to protect your farm, though this might not be very effective, but to a certain degree, you are saving yourself from a lot of stress and loss. 🤔

What other approach do you recommend using based on your past experiences? 🤷‍♂️

Thanks for stopping by 🙌
