HELLO HIVE
Everything in this garden is fresh and good to eat bar the once that have experienced infestation from insects around the area farmers can afford to switch between vegetables for every meal they make and I don't get tired of eating vegetables at at all it is a very important part of my diet I hardly make any food without adding a form of vegetable into it.
I have vegetables like Lagos spinach with the botanical name celosia argentea and a more common local name Efo Shoko, you can get along most streets in the west of Nigeria very common vegetable that acts like a supplement for the more common African spinach that's also known locally as Efo tete, one feature that makes this two vegetables distinct from others for me as an individual is a way you can mix it into different kinds of meals and achieve delicious results.
Important growth properties or nutritional benefits are vitamins A, C, and K. Getting a stockpile of these nutrients for a little amount of money gives more reason why some Nigerians like adding them to their meals and we have farmers planting more of them these days, the seeds are also easy to get in some cases as it depends on your area of residence. The only problem that comes with cultivating it most times is water supply because of how much water the vegetable needs to survive and blossom, there is only one vegetable plant that comes ahead of these two in my peaking order and that's fluted pumpkins and that's because of it's added health benefits coupled with the history that I have with this very plant from when my mom was alive.
