What Is My Definition Of Success?
My definition of success is exiting the rat race. Having enough cashflow that I don't have to depend entirely on my day job for survival as well as having enough to put a stop to generational interdependence.
What Does Financial Freedom Mean To Me?
I'll know I am financially free when I have enough to look after my son, to look after my parents, to uplift my siblings, to help that street person get their life together, to extend a helping hand to that one person who needs a few thousand to kickstart their business, without having to feel strangled by bills, responsibilities, life.
My Dream?
One thing that tugs at my mind is generational interdependence. This is a tapeworm that is gnawing at me, that keeps me going in attempt to break those chains, to free my downline of having depending on their downline for support as an obligation. Generational interdependence is a lag that keeps tugging on our necks. Add that to being stuck in a rat race and the weight is overwhelming.
I don't want to be in a point in life where I will have to look up to my baby for financial support. So, I'm striving to cut loose those chains, and doing my best to exit the race, so I can definitely give my baby a free pass to not only build his legacy, but also to carry on a new chain of freedom.
How Will I Know I Have Attained Success?
The day I will wake up, without having to worry about my salary getting in late, I'll sign my Success Certificate. Then, I will know that I have successfully turned my day job into a side job and that my efforts have finally paid off; I'll no longer be in the rat race, and my portfolio automation will be at its best.
