Shopnilhasan here to discuss with you about ATM machine main parts. I an Engineer and doing job as Technical support Engineer at reputed ATM machine sales and service company. I love my job very much and try to do it with the utmost attention. In fact, I can say that it is truly a joy to do something I love and do it with great pleasure, which helps me to move forward constantly. I work on a machine that is a combined machine that combines electrical, mechanical, electronics, networking, and software. This machine constantly presents me with new challenges, but I deal with them with the utmost efficiency and move forward.
Today I will again discuss with you some of the important parts of an ATM machine. In fact, ATM machines are very complex and made up of various delicate devices. You won't be able to work well here unless you have a good knowledge of this machine. I have been working on this machine for a long time and because I have a good understanding of it, I am constantly able to solve its problems. Anyway, let's go over the various subtleties of ATM today.
The part you see open here is the dispenser unit and this is where the pick module is located.
What is Pick module?
The pick model is the part of the ATM machine from which money is withdrawn and dispensed. This PIC module has four slots where 500 taka and 1000 taka different four slots. Main controller decide which type notes should be give to the customer, then pick module pick that type note and give the customer. It's fully automatic process.
Some Important part's of Pick module:
- Mainframe: This Frame is to hold all the parts of pick module. This is made with strong SS steel.
- Pick arm: This pick arm pick up the money and transfer it to vertical belt. Vertical belt transfer it up.
D timing sensor and pick sensor: D timing sensor is for detect when give the money and when stop. Pick sensor is for indicator for picking money.
Solenoid valve: This is for controling the vacuum flow...
Pinch roller & d shaft: This pich roller and d shaft catch the money and transfer it to the vertical belt.
- Different Plastic gear's: There are many plastic gear's for different activities. Every Grear has different activities. Sometimes they break, so they have to be replaced. This gear causes breakdown many times.
- Side controller: Side controller is for selecting type and command the money picking.
- Vertical belt: Is for carry money from pick module to presenter Unit. If the belt lose money not reach properly to the presenter and reject all the money.
