Shopnilhasan here to discuss with you about ATM machine main parts. I am an Engineer and doing job as Technical support Engineer at reputed ATM machine sales and service company. I love my job very much and try to do it with the utmost attention. In fact, I can say that it is truly a joy to do something I love and do it with great pleasure, which helps me to move forward constantly. I work on a machine that is a combined machine that combines electrical, mechanical, electronics, networking, and software. This machine constantly presents me with new challenges, but I deal with them with the utmost efficiency and move forward.
Today I will again discuss with you some of the important parts of an ATM machine. In fact, ATM machines are very complex and made up of various delicate devices. You won't be able to work well here unless you have a good knowledge of this machine. I have been working on this machine for a long time and because I have a good understanding of it, I am constantly able to solve its problems. Anyway, let's go over the various subtleties of ATM today.
What is Presenter?
This is the part of the ATM through which money is dispensed to the customer. However, it is one of the most important parts of the ATM machine and contains several important spare parts. Without these, the machine is completely useless. One of the most important parts in this section is the AC motor pump and several belts and gears without which it doesn't run.
Some Important part's of Presenter:
Main Frame: All the equipment is carefully and neatly stored within the main frame. That is, all the spare parts are contained in this mainframe itself.
Ac motor and pump: There is a 220 volt AC motor and a plastic pump is attached to the back of this motor. And with the help of this AC motor pump, the money is taken out of the box and given to the customer. Vacuum flow is created here. If the AC motor pump breaks down, that machine can never pay. So it is a very important part of the machine.
SSR board: This is a switching device and with its help it is decided when the machine will be turned on and when the machine will be turned off and inside this SSR board there is a capacitor relay etc.
Capacitor: This presenter contains a capacitor with which the motor is started and it helps the motor to start. If for some reason the value of the capacitor decreases, then the motor can no longer run properly and then this capacitor has to be changed.
Steeper Motor: I have to staple motor in this part. This is very important part of these presenter. These two staple motor work with two parts of the presenter without these stepher motor presenter can't work properly.
Purge Bin: this been is for rejected money. These purge bin store the rejected note of the machine. If any notes can't give it to the customer eat stored itself in the purge bin.
Sensors: this presenter has many sensors every part of the device. Some sensor identify the notes position if the customer takes the note the last sensor detect that customer got that money. If cause any kind of jam in the transport of the presenter the sensor identify that this no jam and causes breakdown for the machine. This sensors are very important for the present time you need and also whole machine.
Transport belts: they are many kinds of transport Wales in this part. Those transport Wales works differently for the transport of the money flow. Without this transport bells money count move smoothly.
- Plastic gear's: this present our has many plastic gears and those gears have different functionalities. If any gear broken then full machine causes breakdown then immediately we have to change the plastic gear.
