Shopnilhasan here to discuss with you about ATM machine main parts. I am an Engineer and doing job as Technical support Engineer at reputed ATM machine sales and service company. I love my job very much and try to do it with the utmost attention. In fact, I can say that it is truly a joy to do something I love and do it with great pleasure, which helps me to move forward constantly. I work on a machine that is a combined machine that combines electrical, mechanical, electronics, networking, and software. This machine constantly presents me with new challenges, but I deal with them with the utmost efficiency and move forward.
Today I will again discuss with you some of the important parts of an ATM machine. In fact, ATM machines are very complex and made up of various delicate devices. You won't be able to work well here unless you have a good knowledge of this machine. I have been working on this machine for a long time and because I have a good understanding of it, I am constantly able to solve its problems. Anyway, let's go over the various subtleties of ATM today.
PC core is the part of the machine in which the motherboard and several other healthy devices are kept. It is located just above our machine and is connected to the body of the machine. This PC core contains the internet lamp, monitor USB connected and other USB connectors through which all the functions of the machine are completed.
The motherboard is the main driving force of our machine. This motherboard is called the brain of the machine. Without it, the entire machine is immobile and all the parts of the entire machine are controlled together through this motherboard. You can never run a computer and our ATM machine without a motherboard. Therefore, the motherboard is considered one of the main parts of this machine.
The motherboard we use here runs on 24 volt DC power. First, 24 volt DC power is supplied to the motherboard from the bottom by the PC, then power is distributed to different parts of the motherboard and each part tries to perform its specific tasks. This motherboard is the brain or mind part of the entire machine through which all the devices and all the parts of the entire machine are operated. Here is RAM PC code USB connector, hard disk connector and many more. Moreover, the hard disk is kept right next to this motherboard in which all the information of the entire machine is stored.
In fact, the most complicated task for me while working on this machine is the maintenance work on the motherboard. Many times it is seen that the monitor is turning white or completely black, in that case we open the motherboard and clean it with RAM slots and other fine tools and the motherboard starts working properly. But if the motherboard still does not start working then we try to work on the processor. I did a very complicated task on the machine today which is centered on this motherboard. In one machine, the monitor light was not coming on at all and the motherboard was not turning on. Then I cleaned the RAM and other necessary parts but when it was still not working then I opened the main processor of the machine and tried to clean it thoroughly with iso propylene. The biggest problem was that even after cleaning the entire motherboard, I could not make this machine live. That means my motherboard is completely ruined. Anyway, hopefully I'll get a new motherboard soon and I'll be able to get my machine up and running. Actually, we do get into this kind of trouble sometimes, but we can still get out of it with our own ingenuity.
