In our country today, the most challenges the people in the rural areas face is the issue of electrical challenges. You may believe with me that there are many villages and local rural areas who don't have electrical supply or electrical power for over years now and I do wonder how they tend to survive Because I have not seen myself surviving In that area of living, but what surprise me is that these people really survive without electricity power supply. Just like in my location we have not seen electrical supply from the NEPA for over 3 years now, it has been like the community is not doing anything about it. I have my own personal choice over electrical supply in any location which I will choose to reside regardless of which electrical power supply in the location I still have my preference.
I was opportune to witness both electric power supply from NEPA as the Government Electric power supply which is from river, can also be known as Hydroelectricity that is directly from "Kainji Dam" located in Niger river. However this electrical supply have been serving the country for a while now and I think Nigeria also a supplying electrical power to Ghana as of few years ago and because of other communities which are in a rural area they're not opportunity to get this electrical supply across today that caused them to stay in dark that enjoying the electrical supply of hydroelectricity.
Personally I prefer to install a solar panel which can handle all that which an electrical power supply from the government can actually do for anyone. I prefer to go with it because of it is a natural source that give this heat energy and it is being transformed as light energy. Solar System power supply is actually the best which I have ever seen. I will encourage everyone who is having difficulty in Electricity power supply to try out solar, most especially Nigerians.
