Water Scarcity is something I will not even wish my enemy. The hostel I have was staying for my Midwifery Program was without water and of course there was not trace of electrical supply for about 3 years... I can remember how we used to calculate properly when the owner of the water will not be around and that's the only opportunity you have to fetch water. I just thank God that we were able to send a remedy... Electricity is very important.
