Anger is something that everyone of us feel, it can be because of an offence to us by someone or sometimes can be failure to achieve something, however anger comes with bitterness and when it set in only those with good anger management can control themselves and not reacting immediately because of the current or present situation. Everyone of us must have been angry in one way or the other. What matters alot is are you able to control that very moment. When someone is angry, is always come with this urge to do that which is in your mind, it can either be a very bad one depending on the severity of what you have in mind. Many actions taken when being angry 85% of those actions are always regretted. Sometime with that very anger you may be seeing it from another perception while if you should calm down to ask or calm down to follow the matter you will get to realize alot of things that are not the way you think they are..

For sure I have being in many situations where I'm angry and Burst out of it, but I think with my little knowledge about anger issues and management I can actually control the rate of me being angry over something to the extent of bursting out. I can remember when I was in my 200 level and at time goes on. It get to a point after which we have written our exams and the results was out, medical profession is a very vital and serious one, so one of my friend results wasn't as expected and I tried as much as possible to make sure things work out at least so that she can take a resit of the course and not demotion, along the process one of my course mate said things opposed to the motion I was very angry at that moment, I lost my control and I shouted at her the way that she never imagined In Her whole life, but then during this incident, I felt bad about the stuff that no matter the situation I should display that there. I had to walk away from the environment and make sure I was calm before returning to the class after some hours. However, that's my best way of avoiding issues and controlling my anger issues, by leaving the environment totally.
In conclusion, everyone is prone to be angry but finding a best way of managing the anger when it set in is the best, which an individual can ever do. Don't take actions while being angry because alot of decisions and actions are later regretted.
