Adequate Sleeping pattern

Good and Adequate Sleeping pattern is very necessary to adapt to and to learn how to get quality and quantity sleep as well. You know one thing is to get something in quantity and another one is to get it in a quality way. Something implies to sleep. Sleep is a brief resting phase when an individual reduce the activities in the brain. Scientifically, one is advised to receive sleep for at least 8 hours in a day. But unfortunately it has it that about 64% of the world population do not get up to 8 hours sleep in a day. Sleep help to organize, reduce and enable proper functioning of the body system, it is just like a resetting of the system.

Because of a lot of responsibilities people tend to forfeit sleeping today works so they can meet up with their tasks and responsibility, it happened in various organization and institutions even in schools, churches where you see members dozing off in an on going program or activity. Sometimes in school you see students sleeping in class after doing TDB (Till Day Break) and and they come to class you see them dozing off and missing the main lecture which they have to be attention to, this is because they lack quantity sleep and as well quality sleep as well.

Creating a good sleeping pattern is very important, for me I ensure I sleep up to 8 hours in a day. I do go to bed by 9:00 p.m. and eventually I do wake up by 6:00 a.m. on a normal day without school runs and all other stress, that is approximately 8 hours of sleep during night. But then you still not enough I do sleep during afternoon. For at least 1 hour 30 minutes sometimes 2 hours. This happened almost everyday that's why I don't play with my afternoon sleep. However, getting quality sleep must come with getting a quantity sleep. It is not a one-sided process rather they work in hand in hand to give you an adequent sleep. Actually I don't have anything that hinders me from getting quality sleep because I plan my sleeping pattern very well and I tried as much as possible to maintain it, so except from examination time I don't think I miss my sleeping pattern and after exam I will switch over to it. Even during exam I don't doze off during day time because my body and my brain already know that I did that for a particular purpose.

In conclusion, ensure getting an adequate sleep which is high in quality and your quantity, ensure you sleep at least to 8 hours in a day and drink water before sleeping and after waking up it helps to keep the body and the Brain and the generous system alert functioning very well.
