Since childhood, I have had an interest in cooking and preparing various traditional food items.From that interest, I have now tried to become a good cook but the happy thing is that everyone likes my cooking.But I am not praising myself😄.
There are some traditional foods in our country, one of which is pitha.Since childhood, I used to watch my mother make traditional pitha.Puli Pitha is one of the traditional pithas.I have seen my mother and neighbors making Puli Pitha since I was a child.This is a traditional pitha of our country and rural areas.We make this pitha even when relatives and friends come to our house.I learned to make this puli pitha from my mother when I was a child.I can make this alone now.
I made this pitha yesterday though my mother helped me.This pitha is delicious to eat because coconut and date molasses are used in making this pitha or sugar is used.I made this pitha in a completely rural way by lighting a fire with wood in a rural stove, which is a very interesting thing.I think you will find my today's pitha making video interesting.
