Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.
Let’s start with my Hive goals.
Hive & HBD
My current goal is 60k Hive.
Last week I made 443.36, bringing me to 59657.17 total Hive Power. That’s 85.2% of my goal!
Math time. 60k - 59657.17 gives us 342.83. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 3.9 Hive needed per day to reach 60k by that point.
If I have another good week like this one, I’ll pass 60k this week. Woohoo!
But as for my 70k stretch goal. That requires 10342.83. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 118.9 Hive needed per day. That’s over 3000 a month. Wow. This number is spiraling up almost as quickly as the other is spiriling down. Funny how that works. Maybe 65k would have been a better stretch goal…
Second Layer Tokens
The big news here is that @enginewitty released a new token called AEGIS. Naturally I had to buy some. Go read the intro post.

The silver chart for last week:
