North Carolina is relatively close to DC. Biden gets to make a "swing state" appearance without getting too far from home. Or am I just cynical?

        I really can't understand why he would choose NC. I think it is too far gone for him to pull it back no matter how much money he spent there.

        you are cynical, but that was probably part of the reason. Maybe they have good ice cream in NC.
