Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. Most times, in order to achieve our goals, we go all out; sometimes we even go the extra mile just to see to it that our goals are achieved and desired standards are attained. The truth is, your degree of seriousness and dedication to achieving these goals is what will see you through. The road to achieving goals is never smooth; there are ups and downs and obstacles to cross, but your seriousness and dedication is the only that can see you through.

The truth is that our degree of seriousness and dedication to getting things done varies from one project to the next; the degree of seriousness we put into the first project might not be the same degree of seriousness we put into the project that comes next. And in some cases where a high degree of seriousness is needed, we only put in very little; our degree of seriousness is not always the same.
Sometimes, when getting a project done, we feel discouraged. We encounter challenges that often alter our degree of seriousness and dedication to the project. Sometimes along the line, we abandon the project because of challenges faced, while sometimes we try to look for solutions to get the project moving. It's never easy to get things done, and it's never easy to attain desired standards without facing and overcoming those challenges that come your way. One way to overcome challenges is mindset; it works every time.
I am not the type of person who takes things seriously, but when I need to be very serious and dedicated, I am definitely switching up. I have had countless encounters where people end up saying I never knew you could be this serious. I am the jovial type; I enjoy having fun and playing around while my head does the thinking of what to do next or how to go about getting things done. To me, keeping a straight face is not a way to show that you are serious or dedicated.
I don't like to take things too seriously, and that gives room to people who take things too seriously and don't know me to think that I am never a serious person. If there is one thing I take very seriously, it has to be my studies. I am that type of student who does their reading quietly. I might not read very often, but when need be, I bend down and do what is expected of me. The first day, a few of my colleagues saw me reading at night; they could not believe it, but I do it often, especially during exam periods, while during the day I play around.
On the other hand, one thing I am expected to take very seriously but don't are insults from friends; guys tease themselves a lot. Some even go beyond the limit, and I see some guys pick offense, but it can never be me. I know how to handle situations like that; they just tease, and instead of picking offense, you tease back with a better point.
Thanks for reading my post.
