Health is really wealth; it is one of the crucial things humans worry about so much. When one's health starts to deteriorate, life becomes less enjoyable, and things can fall apart for such a person in a short time.
A few years ago my uncle fell sick briefly and passed away as a result of the illness. It came as a shock to every one of us because he was very healthy and strong. On different days, I have seen him jogging despite his age, and he's not shy. His wife had complained, saying that those exercises were meant for youth, but my uncle was adamant.

Despite everything he put into staying healthy, he died from a brief illness, and personally, I was shocked. I learned that there is nothing too much for us to do once it involves our health; still, nothing is assured.
I tell myself that if someone healthy and fit at that age can pass away easily, anyone can just pass away without having a terminal disease. I always take my health seriously, and I started doing more after my uncle's death.
Previously, eating healthy, taking medication, and resting well were the things I focused on, but I adopted extra activities to improve my life.
The extra includes some physical activities since I got teased for showing up at the gym with my friend. I always get the remark about being skinny, and my friend wasn't helping because she's skinny as well. There is a saying that birds of the same feathers flock together, so I just do my exercises where my mates do theirs, on the road or at home.
Taking a walk or jogging is a regular exercise for me, but I do more walking so I don't get swept off by the breeze when jogging on the road. I cultivated the habit of someone who walks for about 90 minutes every morning; he always said that walking has many benefits, and I agree with him.
I don't have a fixed time like other people, but I walk whenever I am free to do so. After walking, I feel some relief from body pain, and I know many good things are happening in my body.
I love to add swimming, but it is not a regular physical activity, so I choose dancing since I do it more than swimming. I am not that good at dancing, but moving my body to music helps me.
It is not safe for me to go outside the house very early like men do, so instead of putting my life at risk, I play music and dance. I don't have a specific style and just move my depending on the song I yearn for that morning.
It is either I jog or dance; these two activities might be underrated, but they have great effects on my well-being. Looking healthy doesn't mean that we are healthy or that we don't need exercise; these little things help, and they save me money for medication.
