Like you, I admire good leaders. They make me want to be like them but it is not easy. There are a lot of responsibilities for the one who wears the crown. Making decisions and accepting whatever comes after it, being accountable, transparent, selfless and the likes. It is definitely not something everyone can just do.

For me, it requires practice and a lot of patience. You will definitely fail a couple of times while trying but I believe in the end it will be totally worth it. Accepting the responsibility sometimes and being accountable can be hard but without that, a leader won’t do a good job.

As long as it is something you would like, I believe all you have to do is keep working towards it and start small. You can learn to be a leader, a good one at that. Good luck trying, love.
