Well my take on this is parents who work 9 to 5 hardly have time for such as that may be tired on getting back although this days with the technological advancement it's possible to set parental guidance on Dstv and the likes but recently the movie industry no release movies that even when they say rated 13 the have some rated 18 contents but then parents have to educate children cause the children of these days are very inquisitive and ask a lot of questions so if a parent is too busy to answer those questions they will get the answers elsewhere and it could either be the good or worse
