Aún recuerdo la primera vez que llegué a Hive. Era todo un inexperto, preguntando a los amigos que ya tenían experiencia, qué cosas hacer y cuáles evitar. Hacía las cosas con cierto nerviosismo, porque no quería ser vetado, jeje. Ya han pasado 2 años desde aquel día, ¿pero saben qué? Todavía sigo preguntando, investigando y aprendiendo. Esa es una de las cosas más bonitas que tiene esta hermosa comunidad: permite tener un aprendizaje continuo.
Gracias a los conocimientos obtenidos en esta plataforma, he podido ayudar a otros, así como muchos estuvieron apoyándome y guiándome en mis inicios. Hoy, al superar ya los 2 años aquí, quiero aprovechar para dar gracia a cada uno de mis amigos, quienes se tomaron el tiempo necesario para enseñarme.
Una de las cosas que siempre destaco de Hive es la calidad humana que podemos encontrar en esta comunidad. No, no se trata de superhumanos ni de personas que tienen todo el tiempo libre o que no tienen problemas en su día a día, pero sí son personas que están dispuestas a sacrificar su tiempo para ser la mano amiga que otros necesitamos. Y en ese sentido, son muy especiales.
Es muy bonito llegar a un lugar en el que no se conoce a nadie y muchos menos la manera correcta de desenvolverse, pero en el que se cuenta con guías muy dispuestos a ayudar. Tras cada publicación que hice esos primeros días, además de felicitarme y votar en mis publicaciones, también recibí tips muy útiles para seguir mejorando. Créanme que valoro muchísimo cada uno de ellos.
Hubo momentos en los que simplemente quería tirar la toalla. Mis problemas de salud han causado mella en mi vida, pero justo en esos momentos recibía ánimo de parte de alguno de mis amigos en Hive, o un premio por parte de alguna de las comunidades presentes y eso renovaba mis fuerzas para no rendirme.
Es cierto, yo solo llevo 2 años (hay usuarios que ya cuentan con hasta 6 años en la blockchain), pero han sido 2 años llenos de muchas bonitas experiencias, de aprendizaje y de mejoría, como persona y como creador de contenido.
Cuando me preguntan qué es Hive, dentro de las muchas cosas positivas que suelo responder, siempre digo que es un lugar en el que uno puede expresarse con toda libertad, donde reina el respeto tanto por el trabajo propio como por el de los demás y donde ser uno mismo es posible. Esa es una de las mayores diferencias con relación a otras redes sociales.
Si me arrepiento de algo, es de no haber conocido antes esta hermosa y maravillosa plataforma. Pero ahora que la conozco, solo quiero seguir siendo parte de ella, trabajando al máximo para que en todo el mundo se conozca a Hive y todo lo bueno que tiene para dar.
Me siento muy agradecido por ser parte de algo muy grande, como lo es Hive, De todo corazón espero seguir siendo parte de esta comunidad por muchísimos años más.

That's one of the most beautiful things about this beautiful community: it allows continuous learning.
Thanks to the knowledge gained on this platform, I have been able to help others, just as many were supporting and guiding me in my beginnings. Today, after more than 2 years here, I want to take this opportunity to thank each of my friends, who took the time to teach me.
One of the things I always emphasize about Hive is the human quality that we can find in this community. No, these are not superhumans or people who have all the free time or no problems in their day to day lives, but they are people who are willing to sacrifice their time to be the helping hand that others need. And in that sense, they are very special.
It is very nice to come to a place where you don't know anyone, let alone the right way to get around, but where you have guides who are very willing to help. After each publication I made those first days, besides congratulating me and voting on my publications, I also received very useful tips to keep improving. Believe me, I value each one of them very much.
There were times when I simply wanted to throw in the towel. My health problems have taken a toll on my life, but just in those moments I received encouragement from one of my friends in Hive, or an award from one of the communities present and that renewed my strength to not give up.
It is true, I have only been in the blockchain for 2 years (there are users who already have up to 6 years in the blockchain), but they have been 2 years full of many beautiful experiences, learning and improvement, as a person and as a content creator.
When I am asked what Hive is, among the many positive things I usually answer, I always say that it is a place where you can express yourself freely, where respect for your own work as well as for the work of others reigns and where being yourself is possible. That is one of the biggest differences compared to other social networks.
If I have any regrets, it's that I didn't get to know this beautiful and wonderful platform before. But now that I know it, I just want to continue being part of it, working to the maximum so that Hive and all the good things it has to give are known all over the world.
I feel very grateful for being part of something very big, as Hive is. I hope to continue being part of this community for many, many more years.
