I didn't know people have timetables for their gym journey. Wow, this is new to me.
Anytime I want to use fitness apps, I am often torn between doing the abs exercises or the butt ones. I can't pick one out and choosing the full body exercises often feels like a waste of time because I already have a great body.
Today, @chinay04 has given a clue on how to go about it. All I needed was a fucking timetable. Forgive my bad words 😂
