A word of Mercy is trying in one way or the other to say words that are good to people. When people comes to us to tell us about some situations we should not start labelling ours immediately but we should calm down the person through our good words. A good word from us can really help in being a saving for a soul while it can aid in adding more harm to the the person.
A little advice to us all is that we should always be kind in our words towards one another. It should always be a part and parcel of us all to always extent love to others through our words, actions in one way or the very other. People who are passing through hard times sometimes don't really need money or help from us not that when it comes it is bad but primarily those comfort from us that by God's Grace things would really be better and they should not loss hope should always be our greatest priority to humanity.
