Hi, I support your point of view on the subject, you have to apologize but... without allowing abuse or disrespect. Acknowledging what we do wrong is for the brave, we all are not capable of acknowledging it.

        You are right, some people feel that after abusing the one who offended them, they still expect apologies from them, it doesn't work that way. Everyone deserves respect in a misunderstanding to ensure peaceful resolution.
