Truth be told, it happens to if not everyone. I too have several experience on "missed opportunities" believe me the realisation of what has been done or how it has been done, is not funny at all.

Yes, not always funny because we would think if we could have done it better with the newfound tips we learnt but we move on. Learning is a continuous process.
