Hi, friends!
Every sport is something in between rising and falling, but the progress is what is counted in the end. And I saw progress in my driving on recently finished WRC Rally Italia Sardegna 2025.
But progres is sometimes stopped with occasional mistake because I tried hard and one right band destroyed our race.
It all started with shakedown which was OK. First special stage of Friday was very cautious for us because we decided that to go easier first day and later to increase the speed.
The thing is that I didn't hear good that Right 3 minus minus corner and that was it. We went off and left rear of the car was bent. We could not continue the race. I was devastated. And still I am. So much work and training was invested in this and early retirement was something I didn't count on.
I am so sorry. But in motorsport, every single mistake is potential stopping of the weekend.
