Hello, friends I hope everyone is well today I want to tell you about the relocation of the Internet router in the house, because we have had signal problems and my sister is doing renovations in her room and no longer wants to have the routers on her wall because it looks ugly.
For us from the beginning we had agreed that when they made their installation was in the living room or in my room, but in the end it was not so, then my sister had the main router, the secondary for signal expansion and additional UPS which is the same size as the main router, I understand because they are huge devices and the three together are not pretty ha, ha, ha ....
For this relocation although I have few photos I will tell you how it was installed and show you its new location, for this relocation we had the help of my husband and my uncle who did a super delicate work, since our Internet is fiber optic so they were very careful not to bend the fiber, as it is something that can not be done because it would immediately split, They ran the cables through a minimal hole that was made in the wall where it was divided as follows, through that hole I pass the fiber optic cable, the TV cable and additional network cable that would connect the secondary router which would be located in my room, as I need good signal on my computer and this router would be connected with the network cable that is yellow in the photo to the computer.
Having these cables already passed through the hole in the wall, the installation of the devices on the wall in the respective location was performed. With the main router and the UPS a miracle was made where it was placed because the cable that connects one from the other is short, so they could not do much.
In addition to this, the wiring was covered with some white gutters and an additional outlet was placed to connect these devices, since the one that was previously there was not in good condition.
And so we were able to get good signal throughout the house, because the one in the living room overlooks the street and the one in the bedroom covers the rooms and also part of the patio and with an incredible speed really. It was the best thing we could do, it was worth it. Now we no longer need the Internet extender that we had outside the room to be able to receive the signal, since it did not reach us. Now I can watch my series without Internet problems, it's the best.
Hola, amigos espero que todos se encuentren bien hoy quiero contarles sobre la reubicación del router del Internet de la casa, debido a que hemos tenido problemas de señal y que mi hermana está realizando remodelaciones en su habitación y ya no quiere tener los routers en su pared porque se le ve feo.
Para nosotros desde un principio habíamos acordado de cuando hicieran su instalación fuera en la sala o en mi habitación, pero a la final no fue así, entonces mi hermana tenía el router principal, el secundario para la expansión de la señal y adicional el UPS que es del mismo tamaño que el router principal, la entiendo porque son enorme los dispositivos y los tres juntos no son nada bonitos ja, ja, ja...
Para esta reubicación a pesar de que tengo pocas fotos les contaré como fue su instalación y les mostraré su ubicación nueva, para esta reubicarlos contamos con la ayuda de mi esposo y mi tío los cuales hicieron un trabajo superdelicado, ya que nuestro Internet es por fibra óptica por lo que ellos tuvieron mucho cuidado de no doblar la fibra, ya que es algo que no se puede hacer porque inmediatamente se partiría, pasaron los cables por un mínimo hueco qué se realizó en la pared donde se dividió de la siguiente manera, por ese hueco paso el cable de fibra óptica, el cable del TV y adicional el cable de red que conectaría el router secundario el cual estaría ubicado en mi cuarto, ya que necesito buena señal en mi computadora y este router iría conectado con el cable de red que se observa amarillo en la foto hacia la computadora.
Al tener estos cables ya pasados por el hueco en la pared, se realizó la instalación de los dispositivos en la pared en la respectiva ubicación. Con el router principal y el UPS se hizo un milagro donde se colocó porque el cable que conecta uno del otro es corto, por lo que no podían hacer mucho.
Adicionalmente, a esto se tapó la cablearía con unas canaletas blancas y adicional se colocó un tomacorriente para conectar estos dispositivos, ya que el que estaba anteriormente no estaba en buen estado.
Y así logramos obtener buena señal en toda la casa, porque el de la sala da hasta la calle y el del cuarto abarca los cuartos y también parte del patio y con una velocidad increíble de verdad. Fue lo mejor que pudimos hacer, valió la pena. Ahora ya no necesitamos el extensor del Internet que teníamos afuera del cuarto para poder recibir la señal, ya que no nos llegaba. Ahora puedo ver mis series sin problema de Internet, es lo máximo.
