Saludos estimados amigos de @homesolutions, espero que tengan un bonito día cargado de bendiciones y bienestar.

Hoy me encuentro nuevamente con ustedes para sumarme a la iniciativa propuesta por la comunidad llamada Vision Board 2025, en la cual tenemos la oportunidad de exponer nuestros proyectos destinados a mejorar nuestro ambiente hogareño y quise aprovechar la ocasión para mostrarles los míos, que son algo ambiciosos.

Agradezco a @morepina por la invitación a participar en esta interesante iniciativa que me viene como anillo al dedo pues tengo varias cosas pendientes por mejorar en mi casa.

Espero contar con los recursos necesarios, con el favor de Dios, para cumplir con estas metas o al menos cumplir la mayoría.

Me parece una iniciativa genial porque de esta manera podemos visualizar a corto plazo lo que queremos y podemos hacer para mejorar muchas cosas de nuestro hogar que requieren atención.

Aprovecho para invitar a sumarse a esta iniciativa a @rsanchez0308, @luzscarllet18 y @belkyscabrera.

Mis proyectos para este año están concentrados en dos áreas específicas: cocina y cuarto de hidroneumático.

Área de cocina

Este es quizá el proyecto mas ambicioso porque aquí tengo varias cosas pendientes por mejorar.

Iluminación

Mi esposa @morepina, siempre me ha pedido que le mejore la iluminación que está bastante deficiente debido a que los bombillos led de la cenefa se dañaron y la lámpara principal del techo está muy fea y quema los bombillos muy rápidamente, debido posiblemente a un cable que está haciendo corto en alguno de los sócates.

Para solucionarlo quiero eliminar la lámpara colgante existente y comprar una lámpara circular moderna de luz led para el techo de la cocina y todos los bombillos de la cenefa para rehabilitarlos y aumentar la claridad en la cocina.

Cerramientos
Me urge cambiarle las ruedas a la puerta de vidrio que divide la cocina del área de servicio. Esta puerta tiene un riel por debajo del nivel del piso de porcelanato que se llena de suciedad y esto hace que las ruedas se desgasten y se bloqueen.

Quiero cambiarle el sistema de rodamiento por unas ruedas metálicas más resistentes y que sean mas fáciles de limpiar y también colocarle una manilla para abrir y cerrar las hojas de vidrio que son bastante pesadas

Gabinetes y cajones de la cocina

La cocina es muy pequeña para guardar todos los utensilios que tenemos y por eso está en mis planes colocar un elegante mesón con sus gabinetes en la pared adyacente a la nevera. Tengo que comprar láminas de cartón piedra u otro material para sustituir algunas divisorias internas en el área administrativa.

Equipos nuevos
Finalmente, en el espacio donde está el microondas dañado, pienso colocar un horno pequeño que tenga la capacidad de funcionar como horno y como freidora de aire. Esto mejoraría mucho la operatividad a la hora de cocinar.

En resumen, mi proyecto en la cocina lo puedo esquematizar como lo indica la siguiente imagen:

1. Gabinete y mesón nuevo
2. Mejoras en la puerta de vidrio
3. Reemplazar lámpara
4. Cambiar luces en cenefa
5. Reemplazo de microondas por horno freidor de aire.

Area de hidroneumático

Definitivamente, un serio problema que debo solucionar a corto plazo es modificar el sistema hidroneumático mediante la colocación de un pulmón a la bomba y cambiar todas las tuberías y conexiones que ya están presentando filtraciones.
Además. debo reparar la tapa del tanque de bombeo, reemplazando ángulos que ya están podridos y colocandole unas gomas en la tapa para evitar que el agua de lluvia entre al cuarto y me inunde la bomba.

En la imagen se observa el malñ estado de la tapa y la falta de pulmón en la bomba.

Todavía hay muchas cosas que quiero cambiar y mejorar en mi casa, que atenderé si el bolsillo me ayuda.

Vision Board 2025: My projects for the home-Initiative

Today I am with you again to join the initiative proposed by the community called Vision Board 2025, in which we have the opportunity to expose our projects aimed at improving our home environment and I wanted to take the opportunity to show you mine, which are somewhat ambitious.

I thank @morepina for the invitation to participate in this interesting initiative that suits me like a glove because I have several things to improve in my house.

I hope to have the necessary resources, with God's favor, to meet these goals or at least meet most of them.

I think this is a great initiative because in this way we can visualize in the short term what we want and can do to improve many things in our home that need attention.

My projects for this year are focused on two specific areas: kitchen and hydropneumatic room.

Kitchen area

This is perhaps the most ambitious project because here I have several things to improve.

Lighting.

My wife @morepina, has always asked me to improve the lighting which is quite poor because the led bulbs in the valance were damaged and the main ceiling lamp is very ugly and burns out the bulbs very quickly, possibly due to a wire that is shorting out in one of the sockets.

To fix this I want to remove the existing pendant light fixture and purchase a modern circular led light fixture for the kitchen ceiling and all the valance bulbs to rehab them and increase the brightness in the kitchen.

Chandelier

Blinds.
I urgently need to change the wheels on the glass door that divides the kitchen from the service area. This door has a track below the level of the porcelain tile floor that gets full of dirt and this causes the wheels to wear out and get blocked.

I want to replace the bearing system with more resistant metal wheels that are easier to clean and also put a handle to open and close the glass leaves that are quite heavy.

Kitchen cabinets and drawers.

The kitchen is too small to store all the utensils we have and so it is in my plans to place an elegant countertop with its cabinets on the wall adjacent to the refrigerator. I have to buy some drywall or other material to replace some internal dividers in the administrative area.

New equipment
Finally, in the space where the damaged microwave is, I plan to place a small oven that has the ability to function as both an oven and an air fryer. This would greatly improve the operability when cooking.

In summary, my kitchen project can be schematized as shown in the following image:

1. New cabinet and countertop
2. Improvements in the glass door
3. Replace light fixture
4. Replace light fixtures in valance
5. Replace microwave oven with air fryer oven.

Hydropneumatic area

Definitely, a serious problem that I must solve in the short term is to modify the hydropneumatic system by placing a lung to the pump and changing all the pipes and connections that are already leaking.
I also have to repair the pumping tank cover, replacing the rotten angles and putting some rubber bands on the cover to prevent rainwater from entering the room and flooding the pump.

In the picture you can see the bad state of the cover and the lack of lung in the pump.

There are still many things I want to change and improve in my house, which I will take care of if my pocket helps me.
