Hola a todos los amigos de esta acogedora comunidad, espero se encuentren bien; deseando que esta semana sea de muchas bendiciones para todos.
Hello to all the friends of this welcoming community, I hope you are well; wishing you all many blessings this week.
Hasn't it happened to you that when things are not planned they turn out better than expected and destiny gives us beautiful moments, that's what happened to my husband and me on Sunday. In Venezuela on Sunday was election day, he and I got up to go to exercise our right to vote and on the way back home we met a friend, who kindly offered us a ride, as it happens to all of us we started talking and by distraction our friend took another road, when we reacted we were already on an avenue from which we could not return so easily, so my husband told our friend to continue and leave us to where he would go, and what do you think? He took us to the Polideportivo jajajajajajajaja, and I tell you that I had time to tell my husband to go for a walk and eat an ice cream, things of destiny, right?
We had to sit in the food fair to wait for the rain to fall, but even so, that did not stop us, we sat there for a while, maybe because it was Sunday, election day and the rain, everything was silent, that was not an impediment to enjoy a good coffee while the other places were opening. As time went by my husband said to me: Love and if we go to Kenny's because these places don't seem to be open today; I was surprised and quickly answered yes, that was a craving we both had to eat seafood.
This place is new in the city, and we had said to go but we had no date for that purpose; but as I told you it was an Unexpected Appointment that fate gave us and the moment just happened. We got up and walked a few meters to the bus stop to go to the place. I tell you that the food is spectacular, very good taste, presentation and attention is very good. The place is a bit small, on instagram [Kenny Candanga](https://www.instagram. com/reel/DMl1vIeJ4Cu/) the place looks big but it is a bit narrow, for the amount of diners that I saw arriving the place was too small, one of the girls who works there tells me that at the beginning they were only going to prepare the asopados and dry plates to take away, but it was the same clientele that asked them that it was better to go eat them at the place and they had no choice but to open their doors and the truth was the best thing they could have done, hopefully soon they can be in a larger place.
The seafood casserole with french fries that we ordered came with its respective portion of asopado (I tell you it is a delight, creamy and with lots of seafood) hahahahaha as I like; in my opinion only the toasted bread with garlic was missing, but their mini tostones were delicious. The menu of Kenny Candanga is very extensive, they have the famous Candanga Mix which is for 3 or 4 people; in short the menu is special for lovers of this type of food, because not many people like it and it is good for certain types of allergies.
I don't know about you but my mouth is still watering hahahahahaha. I recommend you to visit [Kenny Candanga](https://www.google.com/maps/place/KennyCandanga/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0xf83032f088dd8fd0?sa=X&ved=1t:2428&ictx=111) for those who live in Venezuela, it is located in the city of Maturin, Monagas State and in Puerto la Cruz, Anzoategui State.
I hope you have the opportunity to visit any of the two locations of this seafood restaurant, I hope to go to the boqueticos in Puerto La Cruz to taste a good asopado, it must be a very nice experience, since the sea would be very close; that even the palate would change I'm sure.
