Mama is planning to make a pancake, she asked two pesos from me to add in the few coins she had in her dying wallet, ehermmm -it's same with mine, poor us (≧▽≦). She only have ten in there so she decided to asked me for it. She said she'll buy powdered milk because she wants to make milky pancakes. I had to look some in my shorts because I purposely left a coins in there. It's actually a change and I just don't feel like getting them there because to be honest, they are a savior most of the times. When I really run out of money that's where I look for money, from my short and under the bed actually. I also put paper bills in there, this is the reason why I prefer shorts with more pockets. Ehe
Anyways, moving on, so it's a pancakey. Been a long time since she made some and after hearing Mama that she'll make some, I realized just how much I missed it. Also, she has a lot of egg right now. She bought them yesterday so all she need is flour and the powdered milk -ahhhh, and the cat? ←(>▽<)ﾉ
Here's the pancake batter. I actually didn't saw her prepare this coz I know y'all already an expert in making pancake batter. Am I right? So yeah, that's that. There's not much in it actually. Well, it is just to satiate our cravings. We'll just do some again maybe next time. I really want to put chocolate chips in there next time. But I want some expensive and really good kind of chocolate chips (✿^‿^). I should save money for that ಥ_ಥ. Or should I just make a pancake with fillings? Using Nutella? I think this is more expensive though ʘ‿ʘ. If only someone can just send a spoon of Nutella here ƪ(‾.‾“)┐.
So, cooking time! She used her ancient kawali here. You can see how black it is right? Hahaha. Well, she's using wood to cook this. And the ashes, it's flying everywhere (≧▽≦). Had to snaps some photos really fast coz I can inhale the smoke. Ughhh!.
So anyways, cooking this is really fast. I also requested to mama to cook it more and burn it a little haha. I just like it this way. Lol. And with this big portion, I enjoyed it with the oldies as our morning snacks. Yum, yum ＼(^o^)／
I'm already in Mama's house so I checked what dish she made for her lunch. Yes, my favorite spot in her house is the kitchen. How about you guys? Hahaha. I'm just watching her right now. It's not like I can be of help right now so I am just... a Spectator? Roarrr! Lol. The fish today is Tilapia. Really so fresh. I didn't go to the market with her actually. And our viand today is canned goods, lol. It's not bad to eat unhealthy foods sometimes yeah? Lol
Meanwhile, Mama's viand (〒﹏〒), yes i'm jealous ( ꈍᴗꈍ). So I said to mama, I'll get one slice of your Sarsiadong Tilapia (◍•ᴗ•◍). She said yes of course. Hihi. But really all I want with the sarsiado was those egg and the soup. Hihi. I don't plan to get the fish, just the soup and the egg
Here's another dish, with the same fish of course. It's called Paksiw na Tilapia, sour and really good. Salty but not too salty, just enough saltiness of course, the normal level. I actually haven't tried this dish yet coz I don't eat Tilapia. The oldies doesn't eat Tilapia so I never learn eating this too. ƪ(‾.‾“)┐
But anyways, I will savor the Sarsiado later for dinner. But gosh, i've been eating egg since yesterday, but well, egg is a nice foods so... Whatever!
