We visited "Real Pizza" (Esp/Eng)

Desde el mes de enero, un nuevo rincón culinario se ha instalado en la Feria de Comida del Centro Comercial Traki, se trata del local Pizza de verdad. Aunque me tardé un poco en visitarlo, por fin pude disfrutar de un almuerzo allí en compañía de mi esposo. Como ferviente fanática del queso derretido, una deliciosa pizza siempre será una excelente opción para mí.

Since January, a new culinary corner has been installed in the Traki Shopping Center Food Fair, it is the local Real Pizza. Although it took me a while to visit it, I was finally able to enjoy lunch there in the company of my husband. As a fervent fan of melted cheese, a delicious pizza will always be an excellent choice for me.

Nos acercamos al comercio y allí nos recibió una empleada muy amable, ella nos mostró el menú. Nos inclinamos por una pizza mixta, una mitad de peperoni y la otra de jamón con maíz. La textura ligeramente picante de este tipo de embutido le dio un sabor único a la pizza. Aunque he de confesar que amé más el toque dulce del maíz, así que prácticamente me comí casi todo el lado con puntos amarillos.

We approached the store and were greeted by a very friendly employee who showed us the menu. We opted for a mixed pizza, one half peperoni and the other half ham with corn. The slightly spicy texture of this type of sausage gave a unique flavor to the pizza. Although I have to confess that I loved the sweet touch of the corn more, so I practically ate almost the entire side with yellow dots.

La masa, fina y crujiente concedió equilibrio en cada bocado. No voy a decir que es la mejor pizza que he degustado, pero sí cumplió con mis expectativas en lo que respecta a sabores. Mi esposo y yo pasamos un buen rato recordando anéctodas, platicando sobre futuras celebraciones y, sobre todo, agradeciendo a Dios por el tiempo vivido y los gratos momentos.

The dough, thin and crispy, gave balance in every bite. I won't say it's the best pizza I've ever tasted, but it did meet my expectations in terms of flavors. My husband and I spent a good time reminiscing, talking about future celebrations and, above all, thanking God for the time spent and the pleasant moments.

En la Feria también nos encontramos con un amigo que teníamos algunos meses sin ver, la ocasión fue propicia para sentarnos un rato a conversar y compramos unos helados, un gusto perfecto que sirvió de postre, una delicia fría y refrescante, justo lo que necesitaba para enfrentar la ola de calor que azota a Cumaná. El sol oriental está implacable, por ello el ambiente acogedor de Traki resulta un escape ante la hirviente urbe.

At the fair we also met a friend we had not seen for some months, the occasion was propitious to sit for a while to talk and we bought some ice cream, a perfect taste that served for dessert, a cold and refreshing treat, just what I needed to face the heat wave that plagues Cumana. The eastern sun is relentless, so the cozy atmosphere of Traki is an escape from the boiling city.

Me gustó esta experiencia, Pizza de Verdad es un lugar al que volvería, no solo por la calidad de su comida (especialistas en pizza), sino también por la posibilidad de pasar un rato ameno. Me agrada cuando el destino nos da la oportunidad de encontrarnos y recordar las razones por las cuales nuestras vidas se conectaron en un momento determinado.

I liked this experience, Real Pizza is a place I would go back to, not only for the quality of the food (pizza specialists), but also for the possibility of having a good time. I like it when fate gives us the opportunity to meet and remember the reasons why our lives were connected at a certain moment.
