Buen día apreciados amigos,hoy comparto con ustedes un momento muy especial y que debemos recordar y celebrar dando gracias a Dios por cumplir un año más. Hoy 21 de Abril mi hija Elianta estuvo de cumpleaños ,una fecha muy importante para ella y para mí como madre que veo como han pasado los años y me van envejeciendo esos muchachos 🤣.
Bueno no hubo que perder ni un minuto y se activó a preparar su torta a su manera y como la quiso,de verdad le quedó demasiado hermosa sin ser repostera pero tiene ya casi todos sus implementos que poco a poco ha adquirido,la torta llevó un relleno de diferentes frutos secos como almendras y avellanas,arequipe y otros ingredientes de verdad algo innovador🥳,también preparó un delicioso quesillo e hizo su decoración,esto acompañado con refresco.
Esta reunión fué muy familiar sólo sus hijos ,esposo,y algunos sobrinos ,la cuñada y yo,solo nosotros pasamos un momento muy agradable hablando y contando anécdotas para reir un rato. Luego de cantar cumpleaño regresamos todos a casa muy satisfechos del momento compartido con Elianta en la nueva puesta al sol.

Good morning, dear friends. Today I'm sharing with you a very special moment, one we should remember and celebrate by thanking God for turning another year older. Today, April 21st, my daughter Elianta celebrated her birthday, a very important date for her and for me as a mother. I see how the years have passed and how those kids are aging me. 🤣
Well, there wasn't a minute to waste, and she jumped right in to make her cake her way, just the way she wanted it. It really turned out beautiful, even though she isn't a baker, but she already has almost all the tools she's gradually acquired. The cake was filled with different nuts like almonds and hazelnuts, caramel, and other truly innovative ingredients. She also made a delicious quesillo (cheesecake) and decorated it, accompanied by soda.
This was a very family-oriented gathering, with just her children, husband, some nephews, her sister-in-law, and me. Just the two of us, we had a very pleasant time talking and sharing anecdotes, laughing for a while. After singing "Happy Birthday," we all returned home, very satisfied with the moment we shared with Elianta at sunset.
