Celebrando un año mas de vida de mi amiga Onelia [ESP/ENG]
Hola amigos de hive y comunidad @familly-friends, espero que estén pasando una bonita semana cargada de abundantes bendiciones, para cada uno de ustedes y su familia.
Hoy paso nuevamente por esta comunidad para compartirles un motivo muy especial y de mucha alegría para mí y es que hoy estuvo de cumpleaños una apreciada amiga llamada Onelia, a quien mi familia y yo queremos mucho, tenemos una bonita amistad desde hace más de quince años.
Ayer le dije a otra amiga de nombre Jennifer y a sus niñas, que sé que también le tienen gran aprecio a Onelia, para que hoy a las tres de la tarde fuésemos a visitarla y compartiéramos junto a ella un mini cake de piña, que sé que es su torta favorita.

Hoy me levanté muy temprano, para elaborarle su mii cake, lo primero que hice fue ir a buscar la piña a la frutería más cercana de mi casa, ya que los demás ingredientes yo los tenía en casa, al llegar me puse a prepararla. A las 11 de la mañana estuvo lista y a las tres de la tarde me pasó a buscar mi amiga para asistir al encuentro.
Les comento que llegamos de sorpresa, ella se puso muy nostálgica y nos agradeció el lindo gesto. Ella es una amiguita que nunca se casó y no tiene hijos, es única y vive sola, pero es muy feliz así. Su mama murió hace aproximadamente 10 años.

Onelia hace un mes fue operada de la vista por cataratas, siempre hemos estado pendientes de ella y gracias a Dios que tiene muy buenas amistades que viven cerca a su hogar, quienes la atendieron en su comida, consulta y limpieza de la casa. En mi caso mi amiga Jennifer y yo también colaboramos con ella en lo que pudimos porque nosotras si vivimos a unos 20 minutos distante de ella.
Realmente pasamos un una tarde muy feliz, hablamos y nos contamos tantas cosas que nos faltó tiempo, porque teníamos varios días que no la veíamos, sin embargo a pesar de lo sencillo que fue, lo importante es la intención y el gesto hacia ella, hacerla sentir que la queremos un montón.
Al llegar la 6 de la tarde le cantamos cumpleaños, picamos y degustamos la torta, que estaba muy rica por cierto, tomamos refresco y ella jugo porque no le gustan los refrescos o gaseosas.

Today I come back to this community to share with you a very special and joyful reason for me, today was the birthday of a dear friend named Onelia, whom my family and I love very much, we have had a beautiful friendship for more than fifteen years.
Yesterday I told another friend named Jennifer and her girls, who I know are also very fond of Onelia, to visit her today at three o'clock in the afternoon and share with her a mini pineapple cake, which I know is her favorite cake.

Today I got up very early, to make her my cake, the first thing I did was to go get the pineapple to the nearest fruit store from my house, since I had the other ingredients at home, when I arrived I started to prepare it. At 11 o'clock in the morning it was ready and at three o'clock in the afternoon my friend picked me up to attend the meeting.
She was very nostalgic and thanked us for the nice gesture. She is a friend who never married and has no children, she is the only one and lives alone, but she is very happy this way. Her mother died about 10 years ago.

Onelia had cataract surgery a month ago, we have always been looking after her and thank God that she has very good friends who live close to her home, who took care of her food, her doctor's office and cleaning of the house. In my case my friend Jennifer and I also collaborated with her as much as we could because we do live about 20 minutes away from her.
We really spent a very happy afternoon, we talked and told each other so many things that we lacked time, because we had several days that we did not see her, however, despite how simple it was, the important thing is the intention and the gesture towards her, make her feel that we love her a lot.
At 6 o'clock in the afternoon we sang her birthday, we ate and tasted the cake, which was very delicious by the way, we drank soda and she drank juice because she does not like sodas or soft drinks.
