Almuerzo y tertulia entre amigos / Lunch and get-together with friends

Hola amigos de la comunidad de @@@familly-friends, espero que estén pasando una feliz y bendecida semana cargada de abundantes bendiciones para cada uno de ustedes y su familia.

La semana pasada en mi casa recibimos la visita de dos compañeros de estudio de mi hija, procedentes de Caracas y San Cristóbal. Pasaron una semana compartiendo con nosotros sus anécdotas y sus vivencias y nos alegraron la semana grandemente.

Last week in my home we received the visit of two of my daughter's classmates from Caracas and San Cristobal. They spent a week sharing with us their anecdotes and experiences and they made our week very happy.

El día Martes decidimos no cocinar y llevarlos a almorzar fuera de casa a un bonito restaurante llamado FORNO D`ORO ubicado en la Avenida Lara de la ciudad, específicamente en el segundo piso del centro comercial el llanero.

On Tuesday we decided not to cook and take them out for lunch at a nice restaurant called FORNO D`ORO located on Avenida Lara in the city, specifically on the second floor of the shopping center El Llanero.

Es un restaurante bastante amplio, donde podemos escoger entre una terraza al aire libre o un ambiente cerrado con aire acondicionado. La decoración es muy apropiada para el estilo del local y lo convierten en un ambiente muy agradable a la vista que brinda mucha paz y confort, perfecto para una reunión familiar o de negocios. Nosotros escogimos la terraza por tener una bella vista.

It is a fairly spacious restaurant, where we can choose between an outdoor terrace or an enclosed air-conditioned environment. The decoration is very appropriate for the style of the place and makes it a very pleasant environment that provides a lot of peace and comfort, perfect for a family or business meeting. We chose the terrace for its beautiful view.

Al llegar fuimos atendidos rápidamente por atentos mesoneros que nos ofrecieron escanear el menú para tomarnos el pedido. Pedimos unas bebidas mientras decidíamos lo que íbamos a comer.

Upon arrival we were quickly served by attentive waiters who offered to scan the menu to take our order. We ordered drinks while we decided what we were going to eat.

Pedimos una pasta al pesto con queso parmesano, un pasticho y una pizza con mozarela, peperoni y maíz. Debo reconocer que la pizza y el pasticho no estaban como lo esperábamos, pero la pasta al pesto estaba muy rica.

We ordered a pesto pasta with parmesan cheese, a pasticho and a pizza with mozzarella, pepperoni and corn. I must admit that the pizza and the pasticho were not as good as we expected, but the pesto pasta was very tasty.

Les comento que pasamos una excelente tarde entre familia y amigos, conversamos de todo y nos reímos un mundo. Los muchachos nos contaron todas las anécdotas que han vivido durante su periodo de rotaciones dentro de los hospitales donde se encuentran.

We had a great afternoon with family and friends, we talked about everything and laughed a lot. The guys told us all the anecdotes they have experienced during their rotations in the hospitals where they are.

Estas rotaciones consisten en ir pasando por cada servicio que presta el hospital hasta completar el semestre. Se han conseguidos profesores médicos muy humanos, que ayudan al estudiante y están pendientes de sus pacientes, lo cual es importante porque con su ejemplo le enseñan a sus alumnos a tener mística en su trabajo. También se consiguen médicos que son un poco apáticos a los problemas de las personas, pero que también son buenos profesionales.Lo importante es que con estas rotaciones, los estudiantes aprenden bastante porque viven la parte práctica de la medicina.

These rotations consist of going through each service provided by the hospital until the semester is completed. We have obtained very human medical professors, who help the students and are attentive to their patients, which is important because with their example they teach their students to have mysticism in their work. We also get doctors who are a little apathetic to people's problems, but who are also good professionals. The important thing is that with these rotations, the students learn a lot because they experience the practical side of medicine.

Todo fue muy agradable y lo pasamos muy bien, tanto que se nos hizo tarde para cumplir otros compromisos que tenía pendiente.
