Hola, mis queridos amigos de HIVE. ¡Feliz y bendecida semana! Espero que estén muy bien, por aquí paso para compartir con ustedes el aniversario que celebró la empresa, en sus 59 años desde que iniciaron. Estoy en una empresa que tiene una trayectoria bastante amplia, sin embargo, no siempre han tenido el auge que tienen actualmente, hoy en día a nivel local son reconocidos, es una distribuidora de alimentos que despacha a nivel capital incluso, pero me cuentan, los que tienen muchísimo tiempo ahí que no siempre fue así, ellos vienen creciendo desde la pandemia para acá.

Yo llevo tres años en la empresa, y no habían celebrado ese día, que considero que es bastante significativo e importante. Desde hace un tiempo para acá soy fan y estoy a favor que las fechas importantes sean celebradas, porque en algún momento representaron y marcaron un antes y un después en nuestras vidas: los aniversarios, los cumpleaños, los matrimonios…etc. El día viernes, realizaron una pequeña celebración, colocaron mesas, pasapalos, carrito de perro calientes, de cotufas, y granizados. Además, dieron una clase adicional de bailoterapia, de la cual, creo que ni la mitad se paró a bailar por pena -.-

Un espacio de tiempo donde la pasamos diferente, también jugaron varias rondas de bingo, de las cuales a los ganadores le dieron su respectivo premio. Me encantó lo que hicieron, la celebración, y el detalle que tuvieron con el personal. Siento que muy pocas empresas realizan ese tipo de celebraciones, y momentos recreativos para su personal. Agradecida por pertenecer, y como siempre digo: agarro lo bueno y desecho lo malo.

Hello, my dear friends at HIVE, happy and blessed week! I hope you are very well, I am here to share with you the anniversary that the company celebrated, in its 59 years since they started. I am in a company that has a fairly long history, however, they have not always had the boom they have today, today they are recognized locally, it is a food distributor that even dispatches to the capital, but those who have been there for a long time tell me that it was not always so, they have been growing since the pandemic here.

have been with the company for three years, and they had not celebrated this day, which I consider to be quite significant and important. For some time now I have been a fan and I am in favor of celebrating important dates, because at some point they represented and marked a before and after in our lives: anniversaries, birthdays, marriages...etc. On Friday, they held a small celebration, with tables, snacks, hot dog cart, hot dogs and slushies. They also gave an additional dance therapy class, of which I don't think even half of them stopped to dance out of embarrassment.

A space of time where we had a different time, they also played several rounds of bingo, of which the winners were given their respective prizes. I loved what they did, the celebration, and the detail they had with the staff. I feel that very few companies have such celebrations and recreational moments for their staff. Grateful to belong, and as I always say: I take the good and discard the bad.
