Freelancing is not always easy, You can actually try platforms like onlinejob.ph and MyOutdesk, I was able to get client there before. Right now, I have a flexible client through recommendation from one of my coaches. Don't lose hope, just keep applying and improving your niche, I'm sure the right client will come at the right time.
