Esto me ha ayudado especialmente a levantarme con energía en las mañanas y terminar el día con una gran enseñanza. Además, los podcasts también son una excelente fuente de entretenimiento, ya que existe una gran variedad de contenido para disfrutar.
En este formato, puedo encontrar podcasts para reír, para enamorarme, para crecimiento personal, para educarme y para entretenerme con historias. Sin embargo, el género que más consumo es el de crecimiento profesional.

Lately I've developed a great interest in listening to podcasts. I've decided to move a bit away from content that doesn't do anything for me and start consuming words of encouragement, tips and tools that fill me with motivation.
This has especially helped me wake up energized in the mornings and end the day with a great teaching. In addition, podcasts are also an excellent source of entertainment, as there is a wide variety of content to enjoy.
In this format, I can find podcasts to laugh, to fall in love, for personal growth, to educate me and to entertain me with stories. However, the genre I consume the most is professional growth.

I love this app because it's very similar to music apps. Its options are similar and it even allows you to create playlists and listen to everything in order without losing any chapter of interest.
