Do you mean a raven type of bird? If this, they aren't. They are starlings. Despite their hellish appearance, they don't do "weird" things 😄 But another Thai black-feathered bird with red eyes, the Asian koel, looks infernal and behaves this way: they are brood-parasites - I have a picture in my post but not that clear.
