Hello, feathered lovers. Today I want to share with you this photograph that I took at the zoo yesterday afternoon and with it participate in contest #239 of this wonderful community.
This is a Harpy Eagle. Its size is very impressive, it is enormous. Its claws look hard and strong and so does its beak. I was very impressed by his face, because he has a very challenging look. There was a couple, I couldn't tell which was the male and which was the female, since they were both very similar. When I got closer to the cage to photograph it, it stared at me, perhaps it was protecting its territory.
