Ducks floating on the Bow river

I caught these ducks just as winter was fading and giving way to spring. There was still a little ice in the water; the sun was getting a little lower in the sky and created a glowing sheen that was almost blinding. I thought it added a neat look as they bobbed and floated along, the ripples more pronounced as the sun shimmered across the surface. The one female mallard almost looks like she has a glow as she crosses the brightest point.
