Ya had me going there Joanie, with your title. I thought "Well goodness sake, she done got herself a new boyfriend/girlfriend/partner" (the plus one ha ha)

I have a family of "Fowlers Hawks" nesting somewhere close by, there are usually at least 3 individuals cruising the skies over my property.
I love it but at the same time I am afraid for His Majesty, as my cat would make several meals for one of them.

        One does need to keep an eye out for eagles, hawks or kites with small pets, have had some go missing with Crown Eagles in our neighbourhood, although they do prefer monkeys which are a plenty!

                    There are squirrels and chipmunks aplenty here, but methinks they don't make much of a meal for the hawks.
                    We also have OWLS which makes me pleased His Majesty spends the night in bed with me most of the time... after about 10 PM that is.
