Warthog, have heard of it, it doesn't conjure up thoughts of delicious food though LOL

Couple of places in SA we have enjoyed wild meat, normally Impala and Warthog spit braai, chef had fires lit before the sun came up to make sure it was tender by lunch time, absolute treat.

In Zimbabwe (lack of fresh meat) Warthog was caught then slow cooked in three legged pot for hours, Potjiekos melted in your mouth.

sounds yummy tbh.slow cooked mmm I bet the aroma of cooking would make anyone hungry

Aroma on the air does do the trick of enjoyment when eventually scoffing it down.
